DAVID LEE ROTH Sued By Landscaper Over Alleged Dog Bite

According to TMZ, David Lee Roth has been sued by a landscaper claiming to have been bitten by the VAN HALEN frontman's dog. Timothy Salinas says he was doing maintenance work in the yard of Roth's house in Pasadena, California last June when the rocker's Australian Cattle dog suddenly attacked him and took bit him on his lower left calf. Salinas claims his boss told him he would lose his job if he reported it. Roth disputes Salinas's claims, telling TMZ through his lawyer that he hired the landscaping company, not Salinas, and says that Salinas waited 47 days before going to the hospital. Furthermore, the rocker says he only found out about the alleged incident after Salinas made an insurance claim. You can see photos of the alleged injuries at TMZ.
